This is usually what an athlete thinks of when they think of coaching. The basic level of coaching is for athletes who want direction and guidance throughout the season and don’t want to waste precious training time on figuring out what workout to do each day.basic-coaching-logo

This plan starts with an initial consultation to help me get to know you, your athletic history, and your goals. From there we will make an annual plan and lay out the steps we will take to reach those goals.  Each month I will evaluate your progress and send a plan for the next month to your free TrainingPeaks basic account. Come race day, we will set a race plan based on your level of fitness.

Since communication is vital to a successful coaching/athlete relationship, I will be available to an open and ongoing conversation. I do respond quickly (although not immediately due to my own family and work responsibilities) so you won’t be waiting all day to get your questions answered! We will also do a monthly Skype/phone call to get some face-to-face interaction and discuss that month’s plan and goals.

The cost for this program is $150 a month with a one-time $75 set-up fee, but as a special New Year’s pricing I am waving the set up fee and reducing the month cost to $100 for the first 6 months!
